Southern Ethiopia - Gwent Health Link

This is the simplest forum that I could setup. In fact it is called SimplestForum (http://www.simplestforum.org). Therefore, I will keep the instructions very simple.

1. Anybody visiting the site can see what is on the forums but cannot post.
2. Users registered on the website (see Login Form at the bottom of the left column) can post new topics as well as reply to existing ones.
3. To make an entry, first login to the website. Then choose the forum that is relevant to your topic and post a new message or reply to an existing post.
4. Please check if somebody has already made an entry on the topic, in which case you can avoid duplicating threads (a set of linked posts on one topic).
5. Selected users can moderate posts (i.e. dit/delete other's posts)

I have created a few forums based on our projects. I will create more as(if) interest increases.
